Technical BA
Duration: 6-9 months, if they extend it would be for another initiative
Location: Hybrid onsite- 2 days onsite in Baltimore, MD (Bond St.)
Start date late March
Key projects: same two projects as the dev is working on, they have 15 key operational processes they need to run to administer. Streamline and automate processes, needs a BA to help translate processes into technical requirements to help developers to implement some type of automation to fulfill the need.

Skills: ability to be able to sit down with the ops team and understand what their business process is, document process (flow charts), translating that into key technical requirements to address integrations
- Not client facing, will work a little with vendors, primarily internal ops and back office folks
- Neil is the only person working on the tech team right now, they have a sys architect on the staff to ingest applications, interfacing with the ops teams, 15 people overall but not all are the project team members
- Tech Stack: Addepar, Snowflake, Canoe, some interfacing with Tamarac, APX (portfolio accounting systems), BOX (doc mgmt. system)
