Day-to-day management of social media marketing campaigns, which includes (but is not limited to) writing and sending promotional content to support fitness programs and general brand communications

Research potential campaign ideas and industry trends

Manage internal / external communications, including writing copy for news update emails

Coordinate the logistics and staffing for brand activations, promotions, and community events.

Oversee the scheduling and coordination of volunteers and event staff for activation events, ensuring smooth execution and a positive brand experience.

Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp)

Prepare and distribute prioritized brand and marketing assets (print, merch, and digital)

Ensure consistency in communication across all media

Must be proficient in : Canva, Video Editing, any graphic design tools

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills, abilities and experience in addition to being available to work a regular schedule of 10-15 hours / week. This job may be combined with another role within the organization for more hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Experience and other marketing or communications skills preferred
20.00-25.00 per hour
