What is your role?

Direct Intervention: Provide direct supervision to technicians, , utilizing ABA-based programs designed by the BCBA in a school, home, or community setting.

Behavior Plan: Develop and implement behavior plans based on assessments.

Data Collection: Methodically collect data during therapy sessions as directed by your team’s

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame. Communicate with caregivers regarding the client’s progress. Participate in professional development opportunities to further understanding of all aspects of the program.

Meetings: Attend regular meetings, training, and parent training.

Drive: Drive to multiple work sites during the workday

Ethic Code: Commitment to following company policies, maintaining client confidentiality, and adhering to HIPPA laws as well as the Ethic Code for Behavior Analysts. Promote client dignity and safety at all times.

Active BCBA certification

Copy of BCBA certification and official transcript

No experience requeired

Must have a desire to work with individuals with developmental needs.

Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients

Reliable transportation is required.

A background check

A negative TB test is required

Carry out schedule as agreed upon, including good time-keeping

Spanish speaker (Preferred).

Comply with California Department of Public Health COVID-19 policies.

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and flexibility with individuals and how the learning environments are rearranged.

CPR Certification

Valid ID/Driver License.
