What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marine Upholsterer position at Monterey Boats?
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add marine upholsterers to our team.
Responsibilities include:
- measure and cuts covering material to size according to patterns
- installs vinyl and foam on cushions
- assembler seat, panels and cushions using staple gun
- operates glue gun daily
- reads and follows work orders
We are looking for someone:
- with a good work ethic
- who works well with others
- who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
- who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass
- who has experience using hand tools: drill, screw gun, grinder, saw, etc.
This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. Production experience a definite plus.
