What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Monterey Boats?
Monterey & Blackfin Boats is currently looking to add a production Assembler to our team. We are looking for someone:
- with a good work ethic
- who works well with others
- who can take instruction and has good reasoning skills
- who doesn't have a problem working around fiberglass
- who is detail orientated
- self sufficient
- attention to detail
This is a full-time position Monday - Thursday from 5am - 3:45pm. Must be willing to work overtime as needed to complete daily production requirements. When overtime is required the shift often begins at 5am. Overtime is also common on Saturday. Production experience a definite plus.
