Work hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm.
Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Monterey Boats. In this role, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring that our boats are built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery used in the construction of boats, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Set up and calibrate machines for optimal performance during production runs.
- Routing, cutting angles, assembling parts together for boat models.
- Stacks lumber or wood products for supply purposes.
- Staple parts for building
- Examine materials and products for defects, finish, and ensure parts match what is needed per boat model.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Education and/or Experience
No prior experience or training required.
