Under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Migrant Education, the Educational Advocate monitors, assists, advocates for and guides both in school youth and out of school youth who are re- entering the school system towards high school graduation, and college entrance requirements.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education and Experience: - Associate’s degree from an accredited college - Two (2) years of experience in a related field Licenses and Certifications: - Possession of an appropriate, valid California Driver’s License, and evidence of insurability - Passing score on the MCOE Spanish language competency test
