Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders for catering events when applicable.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while serving drinks in a fine dining environment.
- Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.34 - $18.87 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
