We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair a variety of systems, including:
- Security cameras and residential security systems.
- Smart lighting and motorized shades.
- Home theaters and multi-room audio setups.
- Video doorbells and outdoor speaker installations.
- Computer and network installations/repairs.
- Home automation systems and smart remote controls.
- Minor electrical work (e.g., light fixture swaps, outlet installations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications:
