The Senior Facilities Engineering Manager will be responsible for partnering with the facility team to manage all aspects of the facility’s infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance. What Do We Expect?
Business Planning
Collaborate with the General Manager and facilities management team to develop and secure approval for annual maintenance and operational plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Includes comprehensive expense, capital, and staffing budgets.
Define and report key operational metrics (e.g., equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and compliance metrics) to measure facility performance and support broader organizational objectives.
Develop business cases for facility improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational efficiency goals.
Insights and Reporting
Establish and lead the execution of a facility performance reporting strategy, creating actionable insights from maintenance and operational data.
Design and present data-driven insights on asset performance, maintenance trends, and cost efficiencies to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
Provide expert advice on facilities management strategies to senior leadership to support project implementation and change management.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to deliver maintenance and operational excellence.
Serve as the primary liaison for facility-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication of priorities, issues, and solutions.

What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities engineering or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Acts as the organizational authority and established expert in designing, maintaining, and optimizing facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
Demonstrates expertise in analyzing performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations to improve facility efficiency and reliability.
Utilizes advanced knowledge of asset management, preventative maintenance programs, and energy optimization strategies to support business objectives.
Applies expertise to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee engineering and maintenance projects to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Leads cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with operational goals, compliance requirements, and sustainability objectives.
