Job Duties:
- Execute radiological procedures as required for each surgical case.
- Prepare necessary supplies and positioning aids based on physician preferences.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly through testing and monitoring.
- Interpret verbal orders accurately and carry out procedures accordingly.
- Document records meticulously in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure appropriate shielding of all individuals in the vicinity before activating x-ray equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in radiology technician functions according to prescribed procedures.
- Practice aseptic techniques during procedures and remain attentive to physician and patient needs throughout.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in surgical or hospital settings preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $48.00-64.00 per hour based on experience. The full-time position receives our full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and supplemental policies. We also offer a generous PTO package and 401k with company match. This position is Monday-Friday, no weekends and no call coverage required.
