Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive interviews with family members and perform thorough behavioral analyses.
- Develop tailored plans to address specific behavioral issues using applied behavior analysis principles.
- Design and maintain data collection systems to accurately measure progress and outcomes.
- Train staff on implementing Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Document all Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavior Support Plans in electronic health records on a quarterly basis.
- Master's degree in a healthcare or social service field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in New Jersey.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in management or supervisory roles.
- Significant experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive Functional Assessments and Behavior Support Plans.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and network effectively.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare or social service discipline is essential.
- Valid BCBA licensure in the State of New Jersey is required.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a related field is critical.
