Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality behavioral support services to youth in need.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing family members and analyzing behaviors to develop individualized plans.
- Define target behaviors and establish data collection systems for accurate tracking of progress.
- Provide training and ongoing supervision to staff in the implementation of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Support Plans (BSP).
- Ensure thorough recording of FBA and BSP data within electronic health records (CYBER) on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and analyze data for continuous quality improvement.
- Possession of a Master’s degree in a healthcare or social service discipline.
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
- At least 2-3 years of direct experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Proficiency in conducting Functional Assessments and developing Behavior Support Plans.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong people management skills, along with the capacity to network and lead a team.
- Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare or social service field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in the State of NJ.
- 2-3 years of experience in behavior analysis and management.
