Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Preferred)
- 12 Child Development Units which includes core classes or working towards it (school will provide tuition reimbursement for teachers looking to complete the classes)
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment strategies
- Montessori experience a plus
- Knowledge of Edgar and DRDP an advantage
