What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teaching Assistant (Part-time) - M-F 2pm-6pm position at Montessori Community School LLC?
We are looking for a reliable person to work as a floater at our center! This is a part time position and the hours are Monday through Friday, 2pm-6pm. There will be opportunities for this person to pick-up additional hours. As a floater, this person must be flexible and must be able to adapt to all ages as we have infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. This person will be closing in our classrooms, so they must be comfortable talking to parents at pick-up time. Responsibilities include playing with children, carrying out afternoon lesson plans, serving snacks, and cleaning. Candidates must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma/GED, and must be able to pass a background check. Previous experience working in childcare or babysitting is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
