Toddler Teacher

Montessori Kids Universe Louisville is seeking a lead Montessori teacher for our infant classroom. You will be responsible for sustaining an authentic Montessori environment. You will encourage the children to think creatively, to solve problems independently and respect themselves and others. The Montessori Method sparks imagination, assists children in making positive choices, and helps the students build self-esteem while they discover new things each day. We are interested in lead teachers who are kind, thoughtful and strong at guiding children in self-motivated learning and helping stimulate their natural desire to learn. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and early childhood education standards.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment for toddlers.
• Foster communication with parents regarding children's progress and development.
• Provide individualized support to children, including those with special needs, to enhance their learning experiences.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor child development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
