Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our team. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of preschool-aged children, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Duties
- Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Provide attentive and quality care, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Engage in behavior management strategies to support children's emotional and social growth.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere for all students
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student development and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or educational settings is preferred.
- Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods or similar educational philosophies is a plus, but not required.....WE WILL TRAIN.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
