Montessori Kids Universe of Mason is seeking Teacher Trainees to help build a strong educational foundation for young children.

Qualifications:
- Interest in learning more about early childhood education
- Open to receiving training and coaching from experienced administrators and co-workers
- Flexible and open to working in multiple age groups
Responsibilities:
- Implementing developmentally appropriate experiences for young children
- Interacting and engaging with children on their level
- Guiding children in activities that will encourage their emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development
- Establishing and maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment
- Using a positive approach to discipline to ensure respect is maintained
- Building trusting relationships with both children and parents
- Ongoing professional development

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
