Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. This role involves working with students of various ages, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional growth. The Teacher will implement curriculum standards while adapting lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Implement early intervention strategies to support students who may be struggling academically or socially.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages positive interactions and effective classroom management.
- Provide tutoring and additional support in subjects such as literacy education and physical education.
- Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and parents to create individualized education plans for students as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior, ensuring compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
- ECE Units .
- Previous experience teaching in a Montessori setting preferred
- Experience working with students in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of literacy education techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
