\As a Lead Guide for our Primary Program, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, creating a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and creativity.
\You will work closely with our existing faculty to enrich curricula and support the growth and development of children against standards aligned across all programs. \Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you must hold a Montessori teaching credential for Primary (Ages 3-6) from a MACTE accredited teacher education program at minimum. A 4-year degree is also required.
