Job Description

Salary : $18.00 / hr

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Teacher's Aide at Our Montessori School in Milpitas!

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to work in our Montessori Infant and Toddler Communities, caring for children ages 6 weeks to 2 years. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen your understanding of the Montessori Method in our spacious, beautifully designed classrooms.

Position Details :

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate : $18.00

Benefits :

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave

Montessori training available for interested staff

Requirements :

Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness

Willingness to learn and apply the Montessori approach in the classroom

Ability to pass fingerprint clearance, TB test, and physical exam

High school diploma or equivalent; Montessori intern experience is a plus
