Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Montessori Teacher’s Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the school with afternoon activities including dishwashing, laundry and nap supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- general housekeeping that includes dishes and laundry
- Provide assistance with daily routines, including meals, naptime, and outdoor activities.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support the overall well-being of the students.
Qualifications:
- A passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
