We are seeking Full Time, Experienced:
- Infant Lead Guides
- Primary Assistant Guides
- Montessori School Director
*Montessori Certification not required however, experience in child care or preschool teaching is a must.

- Assistant: $16-22 per hour, based on experience and education/certification
- Lead: $40-44k per year, based on experience and education/certification
- Director: $47-55k per year, based on experience and education/certification
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of infants.
- Foster a nurturing and safe classroom environment that promotes early childhood development.
- Utilize Montessori methods to enhance learning experiences and encourage independence.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Manage classroom dynamics and address behavioral challenges with appropriate strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum development and improve educational outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
