What You’ll Do:
As an Experienced Automotive Technician, you will:
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, brakes, steering, suspension, transmission, and air conditioning.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently and to dealership quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with service advisors and the foreman to provide updates on repairs.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest technical information and techniques through ongoing training.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Skills: Strong automotive knowledge and proficiency with shop equipment (e.g., diagnostic tools, alignment systems, AC equipment).
- Tools: Maintain a sufficient set of personally owned tools in good working condition.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Licenses: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Team Player: Flexible, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
- Day shift with occasional weekends as needed.
