We are looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to enhance our online sales presence and drive our digital showroom's success.
Job Summary: The Internet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving online sales efforts for our dealership. This position requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, e-commerce, and digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will lead our online sales team, optimize our digital platforms, and enhance customer engagement to increase conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for the dealership.
- Manage the digital showroom.
- Lead and train the online sales team, providing guidance on best practices for customer engagement and sales techniques.
- Analyze online sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create targeted digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and leads to the dealership’s website.
- Monitor and respond promptly to online inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the dealership at the forefront of e-commerce in the automotive sector.
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage customer relationships, and streamline the sales process.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automotive sales or e-commerce, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and digital marketing tools.
- Proficient in CRM platforms, e-commerce solutions, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
