Job Summary : The Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team. The NP provides healthcare in cardiac ambulatory specialty care and cardiac acute care health care settings. The NP provides comprehensive cardiology care ranging from medical to surgical cardiac conditions. The NP has didactic education, clinical competency, and national certification in identified area of clinical practice.

Department Summary : Vanderbilt Health has one of the top heart failure programs in the nation. This position will be a shared service between VAD and Heart Failure.
