Vitals Clerk:

In this role, you’ll handle and verify essential records, such as birth and death certificates, by collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy according to local and state guidelines. Strong attention to detail is required to maintain the integrity of records.

Recording Clerk:

As a Recording Clerk, you will process official public records, including indexing, scanning, and quality-checking legal documents for accuracy and compliance. Duties include customer assistance, document proofing, and data entry to ensure the integrity of property records, legal documents, and other public filings.

Courts Clerk:

The Courts Clerk assists in managing case filings, payments, warrants, and court records. Responsibilities include handling cash bonds, processing protective orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires familiarity with legal documentation and involves interaction with court officials and the public.

Important Notes:

• Positions open until filled, with the county reserving the right to close postings at any time.
• Certain positions may require passing the Montgomery County Clerical Test with minimum scores of 50 WPM in typing, 80% in math, and 80% in administrative skills.
