SUMMARY
- Two to four years formal stenographic training.
- Current Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) certificate preferred.
This is skilled work in the taking and transcriptions of proceedings in a Court of Law and / or other related official segments of judicial procedures. Work requires extreme accuracy in stenographically reporting and transcription of proceedings as the transcripts prepared by the Court Reporter represents the Official Record of the Court. Court Reporters are assigned and / or rotated among the Board of Judges at the discretion of the Chief Court Reporter.
