The Montgomery County School Board, Virginia, is now accepting applications for Earth Science Teacher positions that may become available in the division for the 2024-2025 school year.

Primary Responsibilities:
To develop and implement an instructional program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Teacher’s License with the appropriate endorsement to teach Earth Science
- Have experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Have experience and expertise in using technology in education
- Have experience or working familiarity with Google Drive for instruction, collaboration and course work
- Have experience fostering an inclusive learning environment
- Have effective written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with parents and families
- Demonstrate the ability to be dependable and punctual
- Demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate with a team of other teachers
