Montgomery Family Care, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team in Mt. Sterling, KY! We provide high-quality outpatient primary and chronic care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Location: Mt. Sterling, KY
- Full-time: Average of 35 hours per week. This includes three (3) shifts of a week including every other Saturday
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually productivity incentive
- $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus
- Setting: 100% outpatient – No hospital rounds- XRay and US on site. Must be able to work fast pace
- EMR System: We use eClinicalWorks, one of the most advanced and comprehensive electronic medical record systems, designed to streamline workflows and enhance patient care.
