Compensation: From $19.00 to $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and plate raw vegan dishes in accordance with restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
- Utilize raw food techniques such as dehydration, fermentation, blending, sprouting, and marinating.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled with care to maintain their nutritional value.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain awareness of new trends and developments in raw and vegan cuisine.
- Experience in a plant-based, raw vegan, or similar culinary environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of raw food preparation techniques and equipment (dehydrators, spiralizers, high-speed blenders, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining consistency and cleanliness.
- Passion for plant-based nutrition and a genuine interest in promoting healthy eating.
