- Supervise and coordinate unit activities and staff assignments
- Monitor patient responses, vital signs, and treatments administered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and vendors
- Perform resident assessments post-incidents or changes in condition
- Lead and direct emergency situations
- Maintain accurate nursing reports, staffing sheets, and census rosters
