**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Youth Cheerleading Coach to lead after-school programs in schools throughout Montgomery County. As a Cheerleading Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and supervising students in cheerleading activities, helping them build skills, teamwork, and confidence. This position provides an excellent opportunity to share your love for cheerleading while mentoring and empowering young athletes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute engaging cheerleading sessions for students in after-school programs.
- Teach fundamental cheerleading skills, including stunts, cheers, and dances.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence among participants.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and events.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators.
- Develop end of the program Performance Show
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in cheerleading, coaching, or working with children.
- Strong knowledge of cheerleading techniques, safety, and rules.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring youth.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
- Background check may be required.
