Are you a dynamic financial leader ready to make an impact? Montgomery Township, Montgomeryville PA is looking for a Finance Director to oversee financial operations and drive strategic planning for our growing community.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and audits.
  • Lead and develop the Finance Department team.
  • Advise Township leadership on financial strategy and long-term planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimize internal processes.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5 years of leadership experience in finance / accounting, including municipal finance expertise.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting with strong strategic vision.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
