Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Equipment Care Specialist is responsible for general upkeep of fleet vehicles, fleet equipment, and yard.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Works outdoors with exposure to the elements for entire shift
  • Policing the shop and yard
  • Assigning and moving equipment
  • Washing and cleaning vehicles
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
  • Provide support to troubleshoot problems.
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications


  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Successful completion and passing of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Eagerness to learn and complete training to further your maintenance knowledge
  • Willingness to work as a team to achieve one common goal-driver uptime
  • Ability to accurately document repairs completed to include troubleshooting steps and parts used on a specific job
