Plant Laborer
Knowledge
- High school degree required
- Construction or component building experience is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to the physical demands of working in the plant.
-Must be willing to stand for hours at a time.
- Must communicate and work well with others.
- Must be able to move quickly from task to task.
-Must be available for overtime, as production needs.
-Must be reliable with clean attendance record.
Job Duties
- There is an array of possible positions in the plant such as:
Building, Nailing, Splicing, Cutting, Plating, Picking, Catching, Banding and Stacking.
- Train to advance into a builder on the table.
- Successfully complete in house forklift operator training to become a as needed forklift operator & loader.
