What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant position at Montgomery Village Veterinary Clinic?
Montgomery Village Veterinary Clinic is looking for a new member to add to our team! We are a one-doctor General Practice consisting of two licensed RVT’s, two Veterinary Assistants, and one Veterinary Receptionist. We are a smaller group of like-minded individuals who share a love for animals and truly enjoy the work that we do. Each member takes much pride in the level of professionalism maintained here in the clinic, but we still always try to make it a priority to keep our days fun and motivating in various ways as well. The team here at MVVC is all about working together to help one another get through each day while expanding on skills and education whenever possible along the way. We are currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant who is eager to learn, does well in group settings, and shares the passion for the Veterinary field that we are so lucky to find in each and every current MVVC employee. The ideal candidate is someone who has customer service experience as well as is comfortable working directly with animals. We are looking for someone who is puntual, detailed oriented, and able to multitask while working in a fast paced environment. Experience with venipuncture is a major plus!
