We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Team Coordinator to manage inbound group booking inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of inside sales, event coordination experience, and advanced proficiency in Rocket Rez, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Calendar, Planner, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales Excellence:
- Handle incoming group booking inquiries via phone, email, and MS Teams, providing exceptional customer service.
- Convert interest into confirmed reservations, demonstrating strong closing skills.
Booking Management Mastery:
- Oversee all aspects of group bookings, from proposal creation to contract execution and payment processing.
- Coordinate with Events, Catering, and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
Relationship Building & Communication:
- Cultivate strong relationships with group leaders and local organizations for repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize MS Teams and Outlook for clear communication with clients and internal teams.
Sales Pipeline Management & Tech Proficiency:
- Maintain accurate records in Rocket Rez, ensuring data integrity.
- Manage schedules and tasks using Outlook Calendar and MS Planner.
- Track progress and identify improvements using Excel.
- Become a system expert and help team members.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Sales Directors, Events Manager, Catering Team, and others to achieve sales targets.
- Use MS Teams for efficient team communication.
