What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Engagement Specialist position at Montgomery Women's Health Associates?
About Us:
We’re a busy, OB/GYN practice that thrives on compassion and professionalism.. We believe patient care starts the moment the phone rings—and that’s where you come in.

What We’re Looking For:
- A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure and doesn’t crumble at the sound of three phone lines ringing at once
- A clear communicator with a calm, professional tone (even when patients aren’t calm)
- Excellent attention to detail—you’ll be typing names, dates, and symptoms, so precision matters
- Fast learner who can follow structured processes without needing to be micromanaged
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a medical office or call center—but we’re willing to train the right person
What You Won’t Do:
- Work weekends or holidays
- Handle in-person patient check-in/out
- Sit in silence—we’re a collaborative team that communicates and supports each other
