• Coordinate maintenance activities strategically and respond promptly to urgent issues.
• Plan proactively to minimize disruptions for tenants.
• Innovate to optimize budgeting and cost-control while ensuring property standards.
Ideal Experience (preferred, not required):
• Background in maintenance, facilities management, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with real estate/housing industry regulations.
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
