Busy, privately owned dental office, is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Dental Call Center Representative! This is a non-patient facing environment in our support center! Our company features 12 locations with huge opportunity for internal growth. We look forward to having you join our team!
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of dental front desk experience
- Dental knowledge is a must
- Dentrix highly preferred
- Bilingual welcome (Spanish and English)
