Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff
• Collaborate with other department heads to create a team-oriented work environment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of our residents at all times

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a current license in the state of Iowa
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly
