Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

Montilio’s Baking Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our Wholesale Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to our wholesale operations. This position requires attention to detail, strong computer skills, QuickBooks knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Enter and update wholesale orders, customer information, and product inventory into our database.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Generate and maintain reports related to orders, inventory levels, and customer accounts.
• Assist in processing and tracking wholesale orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth coordination.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
• Perform additional data management tasks as assigned.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry with QuickBooks or administrative support is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.
