Our bakery is known for its custom -designed event cakes and we're looking for a skilled and creative decorator to join our team.

Duties

• Decorate cakes to meet customer specifications and design requests.
• Decorate cakes with advanced techniques including fondant, buttercream, piping, sugar flowers, and more
• Ensure that each cake is both visually stunning and structurally sound, meeting the highest standards of quality.
• Manage multiple cake projects at once while ensuring timely delivery and flawless execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.70 - $21.66 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to Commute:

• Brockton, MA 02302 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Brockton, MA 02302: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
