Your Role :
As a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA), you will be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional and personalized care to our esteemed residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, offering emotional support, and collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
