About The Career:
- The painter will be responsible for the interior and exterior upkeep of the hospital and the off-site facilities. This position also includes regular maintenance responsibilities, such as, minor electrical/plumbing, mechanical repairs, moving of equipment, ceiling tile replacement and other related duties as assigned.
All About You:
- Education: High school diploma or GED, or three to six months related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Training & Experience: Must have at least 2 years maintenance experience.
- Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Has the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
