Job Overview: The job of a Store Coordinator is to oversee operations in the store in the absence of the Store Leadership. They are entrusted with coordinating store operations, providing employees with tools and resources to provide incredible service to our customers. They are responsible for ensuring smooth operations, ensuring the store is merchandised and handling any situations that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead with our values, always help others and ensure the Company remains a great place to work for all
- Assist in coordinating the activities of team members; ensure tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently and store runs smoothly
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to provide incredible customer service; build meaningful relationships; help locate items and recommend products
- Maintain consistency of operation and store appearance; monitor product availability and merchandising levels; and support the relationships with the company’s various partners to drive partner brand sales
- Ensure team members are providing incredible knowledge-based service by engaging with customers, efficiently checking out customers, handling concerns or complaints and making exceptions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage store operations in the absence of Store Leadership ensuring the store runs efficiently by solving challenges and maintaining consistent two-way communication with team members, store management and customers
- Expand personal knowledge of products, share passion and knowledge about unique, new and seasonal offerings and understand how trends, seasons and holidays affect store business
- Properly use equipment and handle products, follow company job aids and processes/procedures, human safety guidelines and comply with the Company Policies and federal and state laws
- Perform other tasks essential to the proper functioning of the operation as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a grocery, wine shop, or retail setting
- Passion for product and people with enthusiasm to continue to learn and grow
- Systems aptitude

- Experience coordinating the daily work of others
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services
