What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative position at Montville Veterinary Group.?
Montville Veterinary Group is a busy small animal hospital that is looking for the right person to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has a friendly personality and enjoys interacting with people. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person but please don’t apply if you are looking to work directly with the animals.
Responsibilities include :
- Maintain a professional, cheerful and helpful attitude when interacting with clients.
- Answer incoming telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Accurately process payments and able to review invoices with clients.
- Assist with keeping the hospital clean and clear of odors.
- Take complete phone messages and prescription requests.
- Filing charts and assist with maintaining complete medical records.
