Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and policies of Monty's Good Burger.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
- Anticipates store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and cues from managers.
- Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary.
- Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in team member morale/ performance.
- Provides high-quality service, product, and attentiveness.
- Follows Monty's Good Burger all operational policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that Monty's Good Burger Team members can work efficiently.
- Provides quality food and beverage products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
- Understand the pars of products and merchandise to be delivered.
Driving Responsibilities
- Drive vehicle to deliver goods to stores daily
- Navigate a variety of routes safely throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
- Load and unload goods to be delivered
- Complete accurate logs and reports to provide to your manager
Qualifications
- Safe driving record - Background Check Required!
- Valid Driver's License
