Instrument Mechanic
Essential Functions
- Installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance of various electronic and pneumatic control system components, including PLC and DCS systems.
- Calibrating instrumentation and documenting work in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2008 and other regulatory standards.
- Maintaining instrumentation equipment files.
- Making recommendations of specifications for new / replacement elements or equipment.
- Writing work orders and obtaining needed parts and supplies within computerized maintenance management system.
- Coordinating activities with other co-workers, supervisors, and operations personnel. Supporting and encouraging a strong HSE culture and team-oriented environment.
